TERMS OF SERVICE

These final Terms of Service, effective 5 August 2026, form an agreement between you and Mohamed Marzouki, operating the research-software service branded as Tradesium ("Tradesium," "we," "us," or "our") from Lot El Alya, N14 Rue Nissrine, El Jadida 24000, Kingdom of Morocco. By creating an account, buying a plan or credits, or using Tradesium, you expressly agree to these Terms and the linked legal records.

If you use Tradesium for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be legally capable of entering this agreement and meet the minimum age required in your country. You must provide accurate account information, keep access to your Google account secure, and promptly report suspected unauthorized use.

Account identity and subscription entitlements are derived server-side. Tradesium may require email verification and other proportionate security checks to protect accounts and prevent abuse.

You supply the strategy thesis, instruments, rules, indicators, risk constraints, and other parameters. Tradesium converts those user-supplied instructions into inspectable specifications, code, static audit findings, repairs, version records, and—on eligible plans—historical simulations. Tradesium does not select a strategy for you or tell you what, when, or whether to trade.

A feature shown as unavailable, beta, draft, or disabled is not part of the service until it is expressly enabled. Marketplace functionality is not a live purchase facility unless Tradesium clearly marks it as launched.

Tradesium is research tooling. It does not provide investment, financial, tax, legal, or brokerage advice; originate or sell trading signals; recommend a security, instrument, strategy, allocation, position, or transaction; execute trades; manage or custody funds; assess suitability; or promise performance or profitability. Generated code expresses the thesis and parameters supplied by the user; it is not a Tradesium recommendation. Read the No Financial Advice record and Risk Disclaimer.

You alone decide whether and how to compile, test, modify, deploy, or trade with any output. Consult appropriately licensed professionals before making financial decisions.

"Research Content" means strategy descriptions, specifications, prompts, uploaded source, generated code, repairs, compiler feedback, tests, backtest inputs and results, and related material stored through your account. You retain the rights you hold in Research Content. Tradesium does not acquire ownership merely because the content is submitted, generated, or stored through the service.

By submitting, uploading, generating, saving, importing, or repairing Research Content while these Terms apply, you grant Tradesium a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, access, reproduce, transmit, format, transform, analyze, and test that content only as needed to provide and secure the service, enforce these Terms, investigate failures or abuse, and provide support. The license applies worldwide because Tradesium's authorized infrastructure and providers may operate across borders. It lasts while the content remains stored through the service and during limited backup, security, dispute, and legal-retention periods. It may be sublicensed only to authorized service providers performing those functions for Tradesium.

Tradesium personnel and authorized service providers are technically able to access all Research Content stored through your account for those stated purposes. The workspace is not a zero-knowledge or end-to-end-encrypted code vault. Access is restricted and is not public access. Tradesium will not intentionally publish, sell, list in the Marketplace, or disclose your identifiable private code to another customer without separate permission, and will not use it to place trades. Nothing in these Terms waives an author's moral rights where they cannot lawfully be waived.

Generator-improvement use is separate and off by default. If you expressly enable the future-improvement setting, you grant Tradesium the additional limited permission to select Research Content for a recorded review and, after a separate human de-identification review, to create and internally reuse generalized tests, failure patterns, repair patterns, or aggregate statistics to improve its generators, audits, and repairs. The reviewer must be different from the selector. Approved assets are required to exclude personal data, identifiable source, and raw strategy code. Tradesium also applies bounded structured-payload validation and source-code-marker screening; those controls support, but do not replace, the reviewer's required exclusion determination. Genuinely de-identified approved assets may be retained for the useful life of the generator and audit systems after the underlying content is deleted, subject to applicable law. Turning the setting off prevents future selection and withdraws pending review candidates; it does not remove an already approved genuinely de-identified asset or undo already completed lawful processing.

You must have the rights needed to submit the material. Do not submit API keys, brokerage credentials, personally identifying trade records, regulated confidential information, or third-party source code you are not permitted to process. You can control future improvement selection in Settings and exercise applicable rights through the process in the Privacy Policy.

Subject to payment and compliance with these Terms, Tradesium permits you to use, copy, and modify the generated deliverables supplied to your account for your own lawful research and trading workflows. Your rights do not extend to Tradesium's platform source, prompts, design, trademarks, or service infrastructure.

Model output may be incomplete, incorrect, non-unique, or similar to output provided to others. Tradesium does not warrant that output is original, non-infringing, compilable, profitable, or suitable for a particular market, broker, or account.

Plans grant research credits and feature entitlements. Credits are usage units, not money, stored value, cryptocurrency, or property; they cannot be transferred, resold, or redeemed for cash. The current action price and plan allowance shown at the time of confirmation govern that request.

Tradesium reserves credits before paid model or compute work to prevent duplicate and concurrent spending. Internal automatic repair attempts do not create a separate charge. A provider failure before useful output may release the reservation under the implemented credit policy. An eligible generation may include one initial backtest; heavier optimization and robustness suites are separately metered.

Current plans and included features appear on the Pricing page. Paddle acts as the authorized reseller and Merchant of Record for purchases, so Paddle's checkout, buyer terms, tax handling, payment methods, invoices, and billing records also apply. Subscriptions renew automatically at the disclosed interval until cancelled.

You authorize Paddle to charge the payment method shown at checkout. Price, tax, currency, renewal date, and any trial terms are the values displayed by Paddle before purchase.

You may cancel a recurring subscription through the Paddle buyer portal or the cancellation method supplied with your purchase. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Refunds, withdrawal rights, duplicate charges, and technical non-delivery are governed by the Tradesium Refund Policy, Paddle's buyer terms, and mandatory consumer law. Nothing in these Terms removes a right that cannot legally be waived.

You may not use Tradesium to:

• break law, sanctions, exchange rules, broker rules, or third-party rights;
• misrepresent output as guaranteed, approved, compiled, or independently verified;
• create deceptive performance claims, manipulate markets, or defraud another person;
• present Tradesium, its outputs, or the marketplace as a provider of trading signals, personalized recommendations, regulated advice, or promised returns;
• probe, bypass, or interfere with authentication, credits, limits, or security controls;
• scrape, resell, sublicense, or reverse engineer the service except where law permits;
• sell, rent, transfer, share, or resell an account, membership, subscription, access credential, entitlement, or research credit, or let another person evade their own subscription requirement through your account;
• upload malware, secrets, or content you lack permission to process; or
• use automated access in a way that overloads or circumvents the published interface.

A Tradesium static audit is deterministic source review; it is not compilation, broker, exchange, or TradingView verification. A user-submitted compile report records what the user reported for one version and environment. A repaired version returns to an untested compilation state until tested again.

Historical simulations use assumptions about data, fills, costs, liquidity, latency, and order behavior. Backtests, walk-forward results, and stress tests are hypothetical and do not predict future results. Generated source is not executed by the Tradesium web worker.

Tradesium depends on third-party authentication, hosting, model, communications, payment, market-data, charting, broker, and compilation services. Their terms and privacy notices govern your use of their systems. Tradesium does not control their availability, policies, platform versions, or decisions.

Tradesium may add, change, suspend, or retire features to maintain security, legal compliance, provider compatibility, or product quality. Reasonable notice will be given for material changes where practicable. The service may experience interruptions and is not an emergency, execution, or market-monitoring service.

Tradesium may investigate, restrict, suspend, or terminate access when it reasonably and in good faith suspects or determines fraud, payment or chargeback abuse, unlawful use, security compromise, material breach, non-payment, evasion of credits or limits, membership or credential resale or sharing, provider-policy violations, or conduct that threatens Tradesium, its providers, or another person. Tradesium may act immediately without advance notice when delay would increase fraud, security, legal, or operational risk; otherwise, notice and an opportunity to cure will be provided where required by law.

You may stop using the service at any time and may appeal an account action, including requesting human review of a materially significant automated fraud decision, by contacting support@tradesium.dev. Account closure does not automatically erase records that must be retained for security, anti-abuse, transaction, dispute, or legal obligations. Suspension or termination does not remove mandatory consumer remedies, and any treatment of prepaid service or unused credits remains subject to the Refund Policy, Paddle's rules, and applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tradesium is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted access, or error-free output. Trading losses, lost profits, market losses, and deployment decisions remain your responsibility.

Nothing excludes or limits liability, warranties, remedies, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including protections under Morocco's Law No. 31-08 or other mandatory consumer law that applies to you.

Material changes will be posted with a new revision date and, where required, notice or renewed express consent. These Terms and non-contractual matters arising from them are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. This choice does not deprive a consumer of protections or court access that cannot lawfully be waived.

For disputes that are not subject to a mandatory consumer venue, the competent courts of Morocco have jurisdiction. A Moroccan consumer retains the choices of competent court provided by Article 202 of Law No. 31-08, including the court covering the consumer's domicile or residence or the place where the harmful event occurred. Consumers elsewhere retain any mandatory venue and consumer-law rights granted by applicable law.

Before starting non-urgent proceedings, contact support@tradesium.dev. Keep a copy of the sent message and relevant account or transaction identifiers so the parties can attempt a good-faith resolution. This informal step does not suspend a legal deadline or prevent urgent relief.

These are the final published Terms effective 5 August 2026. If a provision conflicts with a mandatory rule of Moroccan or other applicable law, that rule controls only to the extent of the conflict and the remaining provisions continue to apply.
