Digital service
Tradesium sells access to a research workspace and credits for AI-assisted strategy generation. Access and credits are delivered digitally and become available immediately.
Subscription cancellation
You can cancel a subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period; we do not pro-rate refunds for the unused portion of a period unless required by law.
Credit bundles
Credits already spent on generation runs are non-refundable. Unused credit bundles may be refunded within 14 days of purchase, provided none of the bundle has been consumed.
Billing errors
Duplicate charges and demonstrable billing errors are refunded in full to the original payment method once verified.

Send refund requests through the contact page with your account email and the charge date. We aim to respond within five business days.
